Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie and intimate wear are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

A replacement or refund will only be offered if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order is missing items.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
